Welcome to SEV Fine Jewelry (“SEV”, “we”, “us”, “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, services, and any purchases made through our store.
By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as any policies referenced herein. If you do not agree, you must not use our Services.
1. Use of Services & Account Responsibility
By using our Services, you confirm that you are of legal age in your jurisdiction or have provided consent for a minor dependent.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information for all purchases and account activity. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity under it.
2. Products & Representation
We make every effort to accurately display our products. However:
- Colors, finishes, and proportions may vary slightly depending on screen settings
- Renderings and images are for reference and may not represent the final piece exactly
We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or limit quantities of any product at any time.
3. Orders & Acceptance
All orders constitute an offer to purchase. SEV reserves the right to accept or decline any order at its sole discretion.
Orders are not considered accepted until payment is processed and confirmed.
Once an order enters production or processing, modifications or cancellations may not be possible.
4. Pricing & Billing
- Prices are subject to change without notice
- Taxes, shipping, duties, and customs fees are not included unless explicitly stated
- You agree to provide valid payment information and authorize all charges
Promotions may be subject to separate terms and cannot be combined unless stated.
5. Shipping & Delivery
- Delivery timelines are estimates only and not guaranteed
- SEV is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or external factors
- Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the package is accepted by the carrier
SEV is not liable for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered.
International Orders:
Duties and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer.
We strongly recommend purchasing shipping insurance at checkout.
6. Processing Times
- In-stock items: typically ship within 2–5 business days
- Fine jewelry: custom made and may require up to 21 business days prior to shipment
Processing times may be extended during high-volume periods.
7. Custom & Fine Jewelry
All fine jewelry and custom pieces are:
- Made to order
- Final sale
- Non-refundable and non-exchangeable
By proceeding with a custom order, you acknowledge that design approval is final and production will proceed based on approved specifications.
8. Shipping Address Accuracy
Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout.
SEV is not responsible for:
- Incorrect or incomplete addresses
- Undeliverable shipments
If a package is returned due to address error, a store credit will be issued minus shipping costs.
9. Pre-Orders
Pre-order items are sold based on estimated shipment timelines.
By purchasing a pre-order item, you acknowledge:
- Shipping dates are estimates and subject to change
- Orders containing pre-order items will ship together once available
- Orders cannot be cancelled due to delays outside of our control
10. Returns & Exchanges
Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
Eligible items may be returned for store credit only, provided they are:
- Unworn
- In original condition and packaging
Exclusions include:
- Earrings, fragrances, pillowcases, and personal care items (hygiene)
- Fine jewelry and custom pieces
Items not in original condition may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
If an exception is made for fine jewelry, a 10% restocking fee will apply.
11. Order Issues
Any issues with your order (damage, missing items, incorrect items) must be reported within 7 days of delivery.

12. Order Cancellations
We may attempt to accommodate cancellations for in-stock items only.
Once an order has entered processing or production:
- Cancellations are not guaranteed
- Store credit may be offered at SEV’s discretion
13. Promotions & Discounts
- Only one promotion may be used per order
- Promotions apply to subtotal only (excluding taxes and shipping)
- Free gifts are based on subtotal thresholds
Additional conditions:
- No price adjustments on past orders
- Fine jewelry and custom pieces are excluded unless explicitly stated
- Free shipping promotions may be limited by region
SEV reserves the right to modify or cancel promotions at any time.
14. Intellectual Property
All content on this site, including images, branding, and designs, is owned by SEV and may not be used, reproduced, or distributed without prior written consent.
15. Third-Party Tools & Links
We may provide access to third-party tools or links. These are provided “as is” without warranties, and we are not responsible for their content or performance.
16. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SEV shall not be liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Loss of profits, revenue, or data
- Damages arising from use of products or Services
Liability is limited to the amount paid for the product.
17. Disclaimer of Warranties
All products and Services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, except as expressly stated.
18. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SEV from any claims arising from your use of the Services or breach of these Terms.
19. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which SEV operates. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of those courts.
20. Updates to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
