Lifetime Protection Plane

SEV offers an optional Lifetime Protection Plan for a one-time fee of $299 CAD. This plan provides extended service coverage beyond the limited one-year warranty.

The Lifetime Protection Plan is non-refundable and applies only to the original item purchased.

Coverage Under the Lifetime Protection Plan

Subject to the terms outlined, the Lifetime Protection Plan includes:

• Repair Coverage for Normal Wear
  Coverage for repairs required due to reasonable and expected wear over time, as determined by SEV
• Pavé Diamond Replacement
  Replacement of missing pavé diamonds, provided loss is not the result of significant impact, force, or structural damage
• Professional Cleaning & Inspection
  Complimentary cleaning and inspection services to maintain the condition of the jewelry
• One (1) Ring Resizing
  One complimentary resizing service. Clients located outside of Montreal are responsible for all shipping costs associated with this service
  
  

Limitations & Exclusions

The Lifetime Protection Plan does not cover:

• Loss or theft of the item
• Significant structural damage resulting from impact, force, or misuse
• Complete replacement of the item unless deemed necessary at SEV’s sole discretion
• Repeated or excessive repair requests that indicate misuse or abnormal wear

All services under this plan are provided at SEV’s sole discretion following assessment.

Claims Process

To submit a claim under either the Limited Warranty or Lifetime Protection Plan:

Step 1: Contact SEV
Email orders@sevfinejewlery.com with:

• Order number
• Description of the issue
• Clear photos of the item

Step 2: Assessment
SEV will review the claim and determine eligibility based on the terms outlined above.

Step 3: Repair or Service
If approved, SEV will proceed with the appropriate repair or service.

Clients are responsible for shipping costs to SEV unless otherwise stated. Return shipping responsibilities may vary depending on the nature of the service.
