step one
selecting a diamond
Once we’ve discussed your vision and budget, our diamond experts will carefully handpick and source a selection of diamonds that meet your exact specifications.
You'll receive a curated selection of high-quality options, accompanied by detailed videos, so you can choose the perfect stone with confidence.
STEP TWO
RENDERING
Once you've selected your diamond and placed your deposit, our designer will craft a detailed rendering of your ring. You can make as many changes to the rendering as you would like to ensure every detail is perfect.
STEP THREE
PRODUCTION
Once the rendering is confirmed, our jeweller will begin making your ring. This takes approximately 16 to 21 business days.
When the ring is complete, we will send you a detailed video of your beautiful ring.
STEP FOUR
SHIPPING
Once the balance is paid, we will ship your ring out to you with UPS express (fully insured).
Your ring will come in our beautiful ring box with a cleaning cloth and jewelry cleaning pen. Each ring is shipped with a jewelry report and diamond certificate.
CERTIFICATES
All diamonds above 1CT come with their corresponding IGI diamond certificate.
LIFETIME WARRANTY
We offer a Lifetime Warranty that covers any manufacturing defects in your ring. If you ever notice an issue that stems from a defect in materials or craftsmanship, we’ll repair or replace your ring at no cost.
FREE RESIZING
All engagement rings come with one complimentary resizing.
